• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have used fewer than 10 effective interactions (summarize or chat) by contacting support.

5. Content Handling and Data Privacy

User Uploads: You retain all ownership rights to the files and text you upload directly to the Services. By using the Services, you grant InfoSnap a license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Third-Party Content: For content accessed via external links (e.g., YouTube), we do not host or store the original media files. Playback is provided via official embedded players (IFrames) directly from the source.

Temporary Processing: To generate summaries, our system may temporarily retrieve data. This data is strictly used for analysis and is immediately deleted and discarded after the summary is generated ("burn after read"). We do not permanently retain original media files from third-party sources.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Process illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
• Use the Services to build a competing product or service.

7. Termination
